(Be sure to ask the facilities for a brochure, or check out their websites for pricing and what is needed for you to bring. Always wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink...Couple’s Massage, Massage for Fun and Reflex classes you need to bring a mat or blanket, 2 pillows, and a sheet for warmth/draping. Ladies, it is recommended to wear a low back or 2 piece swimsuit for the Couple’s Massage class. Stretch Class series you will need to bring a mat or towel for the floor.)  Massage For Fun is only slightly different than couples class…you will remain fully dressed and learn the movements over comfortable clothing—half the class will be in a seated position, then move to the floor for variations. If you have knee issues, please bring a folded towel or pillow to kneel on for your comfort.

I am so very excited to announce that I will be starting a sister site to this one that is a pure labor of love ~www.LetsPawsForaMoment.com will be coming by Fall 2008! Animals are so close to my heart since I was a little girl, and to be more congruent and in alignment with what I want to accomplish this time around, I will be bringing this website of information to you to give simple as well as more involved ways everyone could help end animal suffering and cruelty. It will still have the essence of this site…straight from my heart to yours and more informational, not sales-y or impersonal. My hope is to build awareness and compassion and a voice to some of the most precious creatures on this earth. I will hopefully also have a planet friendly section as well! Let’s go “green”! I have many ideas of what I’d like to add, and look forward to bringing this to you, and for you to pass it along! www.bestfriends.org . This group program is centered around healing ourselves and achieving health regardless of diagnosis or condition or age. I talk about timeless yet practical ways people can reclaim their health. The purpose of the group is to provide support and motivation and a deeper understanding of what it means to heal and how to do it every day.

Session 1: Introduction & Using our breath and our thoughts to create healing
Session 2: Food- The importance of what we eat and how we eat
Session 3: Address your stress and incorporate fun into your life
Session 4: Create a physical activity routine and take a self test to determine your commitment level
Session 5: A discussion on energy/vibration and using joy and gratitude to accelerate   healing
Session 6: Ask for and receive guidance and support
Session 7: Find your stillness and enhance your spiritual connection
Session 8: Bringing it all together

PROGRAM FEE:  $275 for all 8 sessions plus workbook
                         Persons paying with insurance will owe their co-pay for each session (I can accept Aetna patients with a mental health diagnosis if they are                              first evaluated by Dr. Heinrichs at Ivyland Counseling Center.)
